Since pekkas have metal armor and it conducts electricity, hidden teslas should deal damage to enemy ground units within a 2 tile radius. But those other troops should only take Half of the damage that a tesla does. So if there is a pekka with 4 barbs around her, against a level 2 tesla (40 dps), the pekka would of course take 80 damage and the barbs should take 20 damage since they're near the pekka
