The positives

Well there are plenty of threads talking about how horrible this next update is, but look at the positives.

My low lvl BK and AQ perform at the same rank as a maxed hero!

Heroes might actually help defend! And the 'balance' really helps.

We wont get destroyed by hogs as much!

We wanted those valks to be buffed up a little and here they come.

Luckily i never farmed walls above lvl 5 because i knew this amazing new jump spell will make them (walls) useless.

My fellow clanmates can watch me fail at attacking in CW, this boosts my confidence in raiding with people watching me :)

I always wanted to tell my life story within a clan message.

What are your positives? They definitely outway the negatives.

Are you serious? How about:

1. High level heroes(especially bk) have been nerfed overall.
2. Hogs are now useless in mass quantities. Though I agree they needed to be nerfed, this was a bit much.
3. Defence might be a bit much especially for lower players.
4. People have been "ripped off" you could say who farmed/bought max heroes.

Take everything that people have complained about... Remove everything they complained about... THEN, And only then will you have the positives, I use this formula:
Everything in game-everything complained about=Positives of game.

Seriously nothing is wrong with the update, that's some supercell propaganda really is. You can like the update but you can't say its absolutely amazing, there 2 sides to every coin, saying something is just positive or negative is wrong, all has its good and bad. Good point, the update is/may be neither good nor bad. There will be positives and negatives, we just need to wait and find out which ones are which ;)

Lol i try, been trying to be fair and balanced on the issue and not on either side.

How did u come to the conclusion that ur lower level heroes will perform as if the same rank as a max hero?

Saying they are increasing stats on lower lvl heroes and decreasing the stats on higher level heroes does not mean that low lvl heroes and high lvl heroes will be at the same rank

high lvl heroes will obviously be beastly. If low level heroes were the same, then what reason would i have to upgrade them?

A thread about the update has just turned into a spider man meme face origin. At least it's better than all the complaints.

Like many updates in the past, the "negatives" are never as big of a deal as many people claim it to be; people simply make the assumption that changes are going to be OP or favor gemmers based on sneak peeks. Also, if there is a problem that needs tweaking, I have no doubts that SC will plan to balance the changes (e.g. the hog update and then increasing the price as a result of their overuse). Keep calm and just keep raiding. :cool:

Cudos to you man! You're one of the only people to see the bright side of this new update. I too believe the good outweighs the bad, but as soon as supercell reveal something people don't particularly agree with, everyone's quick to jump on the hate train. Heck, the update hasn't even come out yet. I'm excited for it:p

Heck indeed! Yes there will be some negative aspects to some people, where as to others it is beneficial. Let me chuck an example out there.

Before, it did not matter what level the enemies heroes were, be it 2 or 80 (combined), whatever happened, 2 witches and 2 wizards ( possible 3 witches for some ) and a few barbs and it was bye bye heroes.

Now, we cannot do this. This boosts defense, whilst hindering attack, to a certain degree anyway. But there are other strategies and what not you can use/will be able to use to overcome the new heroes defense AI.

Some will see it as defense being boosted, whilst others see it as attack nerfed.

you can also look at it by seeing an opportunity to save those troops you would have used on the heroes, and focus more on getting the th and 50% for a nice secure 2 star. This would be seen as an attacking advantage which, we wouldn't reeeeally have had before.

I just wouldn't be expecting to start 3 starring bases again straight off the bat. Things will change, and we will adapt and change with it, or else be left behind.

Agree 100%. Oh and congrats on having SC post your thread on their social media!

Low level heroes wont be like max heroes. Max heroes wont be like maxed heroes. If they were it would be bad, heroes are getting nerfed, not buffed. I was excited for the grind at TH9 regarding heroes. I am not so much anymore, I was even planning on gemming some of the wait times… but the heroes should still be interesting i just dont feel they will be as useful.

Anyone honestly think this nerf on heroes gonna stop anyone on the leader board to max them. Heck, even 4 more hp on archer at max level that cost 7.5 mil E is still a must have, so with that being said, even if a max hero has same stats as a lvl 1 pekka i am sure the top players still pay 10k to get them. Why, anything extra to help is appreciated. Also, there are always two sides of a coin, if BK is nerf on you, mean it also nerf on others so why complain it just means you might win some defend now.

Nice positives ! I actually like u put things in perspectives so u can make things all better

So far I have been able to find 3 things that will greatly help me personally.. Number 1 is I no longer need to worry about upgrading my level 31 barbarian king, its just not worth the time and effort anymore, hes just a golem with bad ai. Number 2 I dont have to learn any new attack styles with valkyrie's as the new ai sends them charging into a base to their death even more than before which is truly useless to unit composition, this will save me lots of time. Finally there will be loads of loot out there for me to upgrade my teslas and bombs with, as im in champion league farming and im sure there will be plenty of new inactives out there as of todays update.

"oh yeah update is awesome!! I don't even have pekka nor valk or jump spells, but the update is sooo cool!"

The only positive thing here: well the live battle thing in clan wars.
Hero nerf: well i always use, in battles, my BK to breach behind my balloons and minions to take out the TH, now my strategy is F***e. Thank you SC.

positives

1. new valk buff
2. tesla 8
3. pekka new lvl
4. live clan battles
5. nerf on hogs (they needed it)
6. bk/AQ can actually defend instead of getting lured and killed
7. reduced bk/AQ rediculous strength on offense.

negatives
1. regen time on bk/AQ
2. people crying (it gets annoying)

Hello everybody, I'm new in this forum, but I'm not new in this game. I would like to thanks Supercell for this update for two main reasons.

1) it seems to me that many people were asking on more difficult ways to get minimum two stars at high/medium level play, you are welcome, stop crying.

2) I have the feeling that now one can really use some kind of strategy to attack an enemy based on the enemy's base, on the strength of the troops and the abilities of the troops, this is amazing. I never found a free game that gives advantages if one uses his head to accomplish the various purposes of the game. Indeed in the majority of the games one just need to act like a "bot" and he will receive everything. There is no difference between who can't use his head to do things and who can. Again I think this update is going to be a lot of fun especially for this reason. I don't know what do you think guys, but i was s♥♥♥♥♥♥ing today seeing my clan mates scaring because they couldn't use hogs anymore.

I've managed to BArch several times today with zero interruptions from the heroes. As now the heroes just wonder around aimlessly in the base while I now don't have to waste time to lure and kill them. Thank you for the monies and purple!

Your wrong about the walls, its the opposite, jump spell wont be used much. A lot cheaper to take a few wallbreakers and use other more usefull spells. With the nerfed hogs and balloons plus new troop AI targeting walls, high level walls are now more important then ever.

Wonder how long before this thread gets moved or if it even will?

Balloons didnt get nerfed but its going to be a lot harder to 2* bases with Archer queens sitting in the middle next to the townhall

Its really quite funny that they havent hidden this thread in with the rest of the update feedback threads
