I have seen this base several times before, but can't seem to find any attack replays on it. I am TH9 with max hogs. I was thinking of maybe combination of hogs and dragons? Use the hogs to take out air defenses on the outside first, then send out dragons? Any help is appreciated.

Try a GoWiWi
Just need to break the ring so hogs go to core as you know. One way I have seen people do this on anti-hogs.
1. Use giants/hogs to take out defenses that join the walled defenses on each side so once hogs take out walled defenses in between those they go to core next.
That base is very spread out so it would be susceptible to a good GoWipe/Gowiwi tho.
