Have you tried going to the Hayday app on Google play and seeing if there is a button to update you?
Your screenshot indicates an emulator, which is enabling you to run android apps on a pc or laptop presumably? -- emulators are not supported by HayDay, they state that in the Terms of Service, and people using one have found themselves unable to continue playing, in some cases instability, in some cases updates are not available because an emulator does not have the ability to alter files, in some cases banned because emulators are open to abuse, but I didn't think an emulator would be needed if you downloaded from the play store onto an android device?? If you are playing on a PC etc using an emulator then the updates aren't available for you and you run the risk of losing the farm. HayDay was designed for iOS and android, not PCs. There is nothing more SC can do for you. :(
If you have a compatible device, and don't need the emulator, then perhaps you can switch your game off the emulator and onto your android. But I don't know if/how that works. It might be easier to start afresh.

I purchased an RCA 2 in 1 (Android) in August. Running Hay Day fine. I purchased another one today for a backup tablet and cannot download Hay Day. I'm getting the message my device is not compatible with this version. Help?
