New jump spells op?

Actually it does attract troops if you see the video of PlayClashOfClans the sneak peek with the valkiary in the front you can see what clash of clans posted on the forums about the new spell that it will effect ALL troops even ones outside of the spells radius "no more wondering about!"

doesnt the new jump spell just narrow the frame radius basically? I mean correct me if I am wrong, but it would seem to me a more focused jump spell means troops get placed closer together, which means easy for splash damage to hit them all.....Seems like a nerf to the jump spell to me.

No, troops are not somehow attracted to the Jump spell. Yes, the spell affects the AI of all troops (with the probably exception of Wall Breakers), even those troops outside the spell radius. The Jump spell, as far as troop AI is concerned, removes the walls in the spell radius from the playing field.

The troops will only go to the Jump spell if their AI tells them that the shortest path to a defense or building is where the Jump spell is. If a Pekka has a Builder's Hut 2 tiles away and a DE storage 6 tiles away but behind a wall, placing a Jump spell so the Pekka can jump the wall is not going to change which building it chooses. It will pick the Builder's Hut.

So many people have no idea what the spell does. It essentially removes the walls within its radius. This does not" attract" troops. If there are buildings closer to them then whatever is on the other side of wall, then they aren't just going to magically ignore those now and hop the wall because you want them to. And it's supposed to be helpful, it's a spell. You guys act like rage or freeze are spells that don't completely change your raid.
