've lost my village! How much time I can get it back?

I submit a help request to Clash of Clans Player Support from the middle of June, without any reply until today.

... This is pretty vague, pretty sure the reason you have zero responses within an hour is because no one actually knows what you're talking about O.o . care to elaborate a bit?

Due to the high number of tickets that were sent in (especially for clan wars) it might take up to 8 weeks for a response (make a post with your ticket number in the bugs sub forum)
