To put it simply, I have 500 gems from achivements and with the 1500 de I have already I could just buy the king. At TH7 is it worth it to have a king, or should I just wait till TH8 to get him and save my gems?
ps getting 10k de isnt really feasible atm
I don't know how good the barb king will be with the new update coming out but I got my barb king at Th 7 and honestly he didn't help a whole lot. He is good for wasting a few troops on defense but he is pretty easy to take out. On offense he can come and help clean up a Th or take out a few buildings to get the 50% but honestly waiting till Th 8 to get him won't be the end of the world.
HELL YEAH!
Do not gem it and farm it. It is hard, especially with lvl 4 troops, you're new at it and no drill, but it's possible. So save your gems and farm the king. If you gem it or wait, or both, you're going to regret it.
I have a level 7 town hall and it helps a lot.

The BK is awesome but not at lvl 1 at lvl 5+
I got him at th7, wasnt to much of a prob.
buying resources is very innefficient but if you want him then go for it it's not like you'r filling 8 million in storages it's just a small 1 off purchase. I might have gemmed the last 1500 or so when it was time to sleep.
Pretty worth it.
