I actually do not know what the characteristics of a teaser base is, all I know is that it is a series of funnels on one side and buildings wide open on the opposite side. I created this base design after seeing some Th10 teaser bases and southern teaser looked simpler to make. So to describe my base, I arranged an anti-giant healer funnel on the north side leading down to the cannons, and away from the center. The Clan Castle is also centralized so it would be difficult to lure the troops away. Because there are so many walls I figured someone will probably attack from the north with air so I placed single target air and splash air traps to the north. The Hidden Teslas are placed to the side incase someone might try to lure the troops from the side with a tank like a giant or hog-rider. The rest of the south follow the same rules of triangulated mortars, ect. I placed my storages south because of their high HP and will take longer to destroy and reach the rest of my base. I also spread the buildings south as far as I could so it would take longer for he attacker's troops to reach the middle. Finally, I added decorations at the bottom to give it a nice touch.
