From Game Center to Google Play

Hey!

I am probably going to be getting a new phone soon, and I am concerned that I won't be able to transfer my data from a iPhone to a Samsung Galaxy.

I currently have the iPhone 4 and am thinking about getting the Samsung Galaxy S5. I know that Game Center is unique to Apple products, but is there a reliable process to keep my year's worth of progress in my change of phones?

Hopefully someone reading this can guide me through how to ensure the transfer of my progress if possible.
