Basically, you need to take out all the air defenses, so this works best on people with exposed air defenses. You can just plop down all your giants, break open a wall, kill the air defense, then send in the healer. The giants will destroy a lot of the defenses and distract the rest while the healer keeps them alive. For players with more than one air defense, you can lightning one of them and take out the other with giants, or take it out with archers/wizards. The archers/wizards will take care of the rest of the base.
This strategy works well on town hall 7 and below, and pretty good on town hall 8 (they have 3 air defense).
