Sorry if this has been posted before but I can't be the only one tired of someone twice my level storming into my base with stacked troops having no problem taking out my base because he has 1100 trophies at level 90. Has anyone else complained about this and are there any proposed solutions?

Which comes down to the point where the loot penalty takes place. Level doesn't really matter much in this game and it more goes to the "town hall loot penalty". Where at a certain town hall range, there will be a loot penalty given so that the opponent cannot claim a certain sum of your resources = advantage for lower levels.

It's not meant to stop high level from easily destroying weaker bases, it is designed to prevent them from attacking them at all since they would lose resources. It is very effective, just ask someone who prematurely upgraded to th9.Quote:
