I thought about the idea months ago. There is nothing special but a reward for encouranging a player for building good defenses. How about this:
- Gold/Elixir = Earned trophies * 100
- Dark Elixir = Earned trophies * 1 (TH7 or above only)
For example, if the attacker fails, he loses 17 trophies, you earn 17 trophies, then you have bonus loot of 1,700 gold/1,700 elixir/17 dark
Anybody else have an opinion on this or another way it could be implemented?

Why would this be ruled out? I think this would be an awesome idea. Players would be rewarded in winning a defense. Townhalls would be moved into the bases like they should be. It would make base design that much more importunate. I think it's dumb we don't get rewarded anythng except for trophies and those dumb tombstones that don't amount to anything.
