What should I do first at TH9?

Hey guys, today I (finally) upgraded my town hall to 9. I was a maxed TH8 except for my BK (lv.9) and a few walls. My question to you is what should I do when my town hall finishes upgrading? 4) Spell Factory
5) Upgrading Queen

Max your gold and elix storages before you hit TH9. Then buy all buildings that you can, including walls so you can easily plan your base layout. Then buy AQ, Xbow. Upgrade your lab and camps as well as spell factory

The clan castle should also be one of the first things you do.

It's a good way to dump a large amount of your saved gold (5 million) with only 1 builder since pretty much everything else you want ot build right away takes elixer. CC was the first thing I bought.

There are so many important thing to do, and so little number of builders.

I'll tell you, IMO defense is not important at the very beginning, so I'd farm for Elixir. At first place all you have of new (obviously). Then in order I'd do:

Lab (with researches constantly going on: giants if you war, or BAM are the first ones I'd up)
Lvl 1 queen
Army camps and Spell factory (if you war/attack a lot)
DE drills (really useful to get a lot of DE while farming Elix n Gold for else)

then you start with Defs:

Clan Castle
Xbows
Whatever (mortars,WTs,upXbows,Teslas n AirDefs,..)
