''Just go to TH9 if you don't like TH8''... I thought we were trying to balance here. I feel there's many updates to be done at TH8, and I don't want to suffer from loot penalty from TH9, however, I'm mainly talking about clan wars here, which has no loot penalty. Balance it, instead of avoiding stuff.
