Cooperative funds suggestion

Dear Hayday team
my idea is that we could -

1. start a cooperative fund in the neighbourhood which could be operated as a distribution centre by the neighbourhood leader,a coloured star on their profile would identify their post,too
2. this way all those who would like to contribute surplus products or coins could donate into it
3. the low level players could be helped by the leader ( someone to whom one could look upto in times of need) to be helped to purchase heavy priced machines,and they would have to return it back in an instalment manner,thus they won't be able to hop into other neighbourhoods without the clearance of the dues.
4. this way they would learn responsibility of fulfilling their share too in the neighbourhood.
5. this way a closer bonding could be established within the neighbourhood
6. also those who donate could earn points and vouchers whenever they do the donation
7. also many a times due to the difference and ignorance of understanding the time zones all the inmates would feel comfortable to visit the cooperative store at their own wish and will to get the items either on a voucher payment or stars ,coins payment
8. the opening of the cooperative store should be made available only to the rights of the leader or to a co leader
9. there could be a request board for the inmates ticking their request which could go as friendly truck loads having their symbol on its body
10. this would really make it neighbourly and caring
11. also the number of help could be limited to a certain number which could be replenished after a certain time limit
12. after all the main reason you have developed this game is to generate healthier relationships and enjoyment not just a stress in playing the game in a mercenary manner.
