Can't change game from old phone to new?

Got my new Galaxy S4 today and I cannot move my old base to my new phone.

I go into settings and click on Change Device, and then I click on "This is the NEW Phone", but the other phone is not connected to my gmail account, so I go to reconnect it, and my old phone wants to take the NEW phone's base.

I do NOT get the ability to click "This is the OLD phone" on my HTC One X, it only says "Do you want to move "username (Town Hall lvl 2.) to this phone. All data on this phone will be forgotten."

Can anybody help me?

Reset as in reinstall CoCs or Factory Reset the phone?

Try it by deleting the account/password on the new phone and if that doesn't work then factory reset and then follow the directions....

This did not help, whenever I log into my gmail account in-game on my old phone it tries to overwrite my old base with the level 2 which was on my new phone before I factory reset it.

Hmmmm...it worked on my Galaxy Tabs --- I'd try support (you can grow a beard while waiting). I would not know what to do next. Keep asking and maybe a real technoid will help.....sorry.

Use a different G+ account, signing in on the old phone first, followed by the new one.
