Actually many pc games I know I never saw a hacker in in my entire gameplay. In fact I only saw 2 games with hackers in which were made by the same company. Although they were the only free to play games I play so I guess your point is valid. Android would be rubbish as jail breakers can't get free gems as apple is much more secure but with android being so "open" I think they will fairly easily find an exploit.
Anyway I guess ios users would not have the best experience as the best way to attack would easily be through pc as there was something which allowed you to move your cursor a certain way just by pushing a button so attacking would be much more accurate easy and fast compared to a device without the ability to do that.

Supercell is a tablet-first company, currently focusing on iOS. There are no plans for other versions of Clash of Clans at this time. Although they reevaluate this decision from time to time, there will be no Android, or other version of CoC in the foreseeable future.
