Upgrade Importantance

What do you usually upgrade first at a new th? What is your general upgrade priority list?

Do your new buildings from shortest building time to longest time.

I am asking about upgrading buildings you already have, not building

i generally upgrade my clan castle and fields for more troop capacity first, then from there whatever i can afford when builder is done, but i generally try to do splash damage first.

Clan Castle > Splash defenses > Army Camps

Then at TH8 my priority was DE drill, then the above sequence.

Offense first. alway's.

The lab, spell factory, army camps and clan castle should all be done immediately before anything else. Then when lab finishes get the new lvl for your farming troops ASAP. This stuff should alway's be you'r highest priority when getting a new th lvl. You then need to focus however many builders it takes to maxing you'r drills asap. Then focus on getting any new storage up to max or atleast the lvl of you'r other storages.But storages are basically just after the first stuff and drills as well as any new barracks you might get.

Obviously that first day you can place the fast buildings and walls and stuff, I get the walls up to the lvl of my old walls asap but as for you'r first long upgrades, those are them. Gold based deffense upgrades take a back seat (even splash) till you have you'r offense up and running. the quicker you do, the quicker you max out you'r farming potential, the faster you get everything else, deffense wise and building wise.

I absolutely hate when i see clanmates sitting on their third or 4th week at th8 or whatever and still dont have lvl 5 archers. I try to say something, sometimes they listen, sometimes they dont.

Do mines/drills really matter? I have all of mine at 9 at TH 6, but I feel i raid actively so I get most of my loot from that.

by drill I meant the DE drill wich you get at th8 and 1 each th after that.

yeah gold mines and elixer collectors are the lowest assuming you raid alot and get you'r loot from that. Though they are helpfull to have done at some point. I finished mine at the very end of th7 while i was doing walls.
