Should I upgrade my townhall now?

The only thing i need to max out is the lvl 8 walls. Everything else is maxed. Should I go to townhall 9 or max the walls?

It's too late to think about maxing walls now. Your builders will be asleep for way too long, and it's not worth the time they'd be sleeping. Move on, do as many walls as you can before the Town Hall is finished, and then try to dump all your gold into walls while you do elixir projects in TH 9.
