I just recently unlocked drags lvl 3 and I was gonna use mass drag in clan wars, But im not to sure how to use them? Do I just spread them out or do I put them all in one spot? then for my spells,do I just use 4 rage?

It isn't that simple. You are going to have to pick a dragon-friendly base first. Dragon-friendly means able to take out the air defenses quickly. This isn't a cookie-cutter, follow the directions, 3-star technique like hogs.
I put them in 1 spot and drop a rage. Aim for 2 stars or 3 btw

I just use heroes to take out an exposed AD or to help get the last few bldgs if I am running out of time.
If you allow 4 lvl 6 air defenses to fire at your lvl 3 dragons for any length of time, you aren't going to have a very good day. Expect to lose 4 dragons to seeking air mines as well.
I usually don't attempt on TH9s unless they have two air defenses located so that I can take them out with hogs, archers, or heroes before I drop my dragons or if they are low level.
