Hi peeps!

The elders of HL Fighter have recently set up HL Warrior. Most HL Warriors range from levels 80 to 130+.

We are an international clan with a distinct Asian flavour. Members are spread across several time zones, hailing from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, Germany and Norway.

HL Warrior is not intended as a feeder to HL Fighter. HL Warrior will be comparable with and equal to HL Fighter in every way which is why some of our very best high level players from HL Fighter have gone into HL Warrior full time and for the long term.

We are now seeking active, sociable, older adult gamers to join our ranks. The focus of this recruitment drive is on the person and not on your in-game level. We want recruits who are team players and are intent on being part of what we hope will be a big, rowdy yet friendly family of clashers.

If you are in your 30s, 40s and/or beyond - put in your application by emailing me at GrizzledWarrior@gmail.com. Admission to HL Warrior is on a strictly vouched for basis. Your sponsor (in this case, me) will be responsible for you in HL Warrior post admission.

We intend to be strict when it comes to vetting applications. Do not attempt to join in game. Our default action when dealing with unknown applicants is to either ignore the applications made in game or reject them altogether.

WE PRESENTLY HAVE SOME EX-MILITARY MEN AND FIREMEN-PARAMEDICS IN THE CLAN AND WOULD LIKE TO EXPAND THIS BASE OF FIRST RESPONDERS FURTHER.

HL Warrior is intended as a TEACHING and FARMING clan. We crossed over to the FWA in November 2017.

Adds to the fun of it.

There are few rules, respect and accept all levels of donations. Only war donations are required max. Let the little guy gets his donations in too. We are mature, most over 40. We like to chat and we war seriously and for fun. Great farming clan as wars are not required. If this sounds like a good spot for you, drop me a PM or ask to join and say Grandpa sent you.

HL Warrior is a TEACHING clan first and foremost. It's a social clan. Regardless of whether you see yourself as a grizzled CoC veteran or a complete newbie, there will be a spot for you in this clan so long as you are an older adult and a person of good, solid character. Very few clans out there range in the extreme from lvl 10+ to lvl 120+. Complete noobs get to learn the ropes to effective farming from high level players. This and a WARM, FRIENDLY gaming experience - are these not reasons enough to want to join HL Warrior? :)

We launched HL Battle - christened such after British Military Battle Camps.

This week will see our inaugural little boys' war - TH7/6/5s from HL Warrior have gone over, just for the weekend, to wage war without the higher level fatboys cramping their style. :)

We are still looking for some quality members - any older adults out there interested to sign up?

Our smaller THs did the clan proud in a 10 vs 10 grunt match.

HL Battle (our goofing SPV War Clan) won the match with 30 stars to the opponent's 29 stars.

Average destruction - 100%. All first 10 attacks 3-starred before looting started from the 11th attack onwards.

The enemy clan raced to a 29-star (average destruction >90%) lead in a 2-hour blitzkrieg as soon as we entered Battle Day.

HL Warriors put their backs to the wall and slowly fought back - ALL FIRST ATTACKS 3-STARRED!

This was the PERFECT WAR and has been a long time coming for HL Warrior. We are still learning. We will continue improving (and have fun while we are at it!). :cool:

Our SPV War Clan, HL Battle, won its 2nd Clan War.

No great thing for most clans with many war wins but a big deal for us as HL Warrior has been grossly mismatched so many times before this.

What made this win for the TH10/9/8s in HL Warrior really SWEET was the fact that it was against a similar level hardcore Japanese war clan. What a slugfest!! Level 100+ vs Lvl 100+. 10 vs 10. Backs to the corner. No attacking downwards.

It came down to defense ... and being farmers with stronger defenses, the big boys in HL Warrior managed to repel many strong attacks.

100% participation from the Warriors that went into HL Battle.

100% participation by the Japanese.

We won 23 to 15 stars.

Yes, we are taking baby steps. We are learning how to war effectively. :cool:

Our little boys marched to a 23-star vs 15-star win over a Japanese clan last weekend. 10 vs 10 players. 100% participation regardless of odds.

We countered with GoWiWiPe and GoWiPe attacks.

Final score in the 10vs10 grunt match - HL 27 stars, PRC war clan 16 stars.

100% participation. All attacks used.

Howdy folks!

The run up frm Christmas to New Year has truly been a fun filled event for the clan.

We notched up a 7th Clan War win and nabbed a 47 y.o. British Royal Artillery man (he's lvl90+ and has a nice base!), a 42 y.o complete CoC noob and a 48 y.o. clan wars veteran (lvl90+ too!) in need of some respite.

This bunch of old farts are doing okay!!

We had another perfect war.

10 vs 10. 30 stars. All first wave attacks 3-starred ... haha ... not bad for a bunch of old farmers, huh? :cool:

We are learning and having fun in the process.

HL Warrior is filling up fast. We are down to our last few slots.

HL Warrior is almost full. On non-war days, the clan roster peaks at about 48/49 peeps.

We have recruited slowly and steadily over the past few months - taking in quality peeps, absorbing older adult leaders of other clans.

Clan chat is generally insane - active 24/7, full of genuine camaraderie and good natured tomfoolery.

How do we perform for wars over at our SPV War Clan, HL Battle? 10 wins, 2 losses, 1 draw, 100% participation with best war troops - not bad for a bunch of pitchfork weilding old farmers who are still learning the finer details of warfare.

Who wants in on the action? Would you like to be part of a clan where you are not just a statistic, a clan which prioritises the social element of the game above all else? PUT IN THOSE APPLICATIONS! :o

We love the latest update!! Finally after waiting for half a year, it is once again possible to take HL Warrior (instead of our SPV War Clan - HL Battle to war).

We did a Big Boys' Rumble - going in with a small team of 15 TH10/9/8s. We won and in STYLE - 42 out of a maximum of 45 war stars! We used best troops - GoWiPe, GoWiWi, GoWiVa and Lavaloonions.

Who wants in on the fun? We're still pretty much a hardcore farming clan but it looks as if the lessons learnt at HL Battle are slowing bearing fruit.

We are looking for decent, older folks to join us. DECENT as in character, not in game level. We are interested in you first and foremost as an individual.

We are still trying to bolster the number of military chaps, law enforcement & EMS personnel within the clan, so applications from this group of persons would be viewed most favourably.

Not bad for a bunch of pitchfork wielding, tomato-throwing farmers still learning about the art of war.

We farm, we joke around a lot, we war with our BEST WAR TROOPS - GoWiPe, GoWiWi, GoWiVa, Lavaloonion, DragLoon, GiWi.

We TEACH - guiding noobs along. CRITERION for entry - A GOOD BLOKE! We don't give a hoot about your in-game level.

The sense of camaraderie in the air is real.

We've recently moved our alternate accounts to HL Battle (also a lvl 2 clan) - our old war clan with 17 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw, so as to make more room in HL Warrior.

The lads in HL Battle stormed into their 23rd win in clan wars. This win sets our war log at 23 wins, 2 losses and 1 tie.

Not bad for a bunch of old farts clashing just for fun and the camaraderie.

We welcome on board several "new" old farts - all in their 40s - a devoted dad, a former Isreali soldier and now a plant manager, a tradesman and a trademark licensing executive.

HL Warrior and HL Battle are still on the lookout for the right sorts to join us.

It may not sound like a great deal to some of the other clans out here in the forums but for this humble clan - this is exactly the kind of peeps we want. Small accounts by older adult clashers that we can guide, mentor and spoil rotten!! :cool:

Just spent a couple weeks with these lads and lasses while on vacation from my regular clan. Had a blast with them! Great group of mixed peeps from around the world! Our SPV War Clan, HL Battle, is closing in on clan lvl5 - 7 war wins away. Then we focus on HL Warrior!!

1. HL Fighter (a clan of real life friends - not recruiting) is now a lvl6 clan.

2. HL Battle is now a lvl5 clan.

3. HL Warrior is presently clan lvl4 and midway in its journey to clan lvl5.

4. Free Parking which recently joined the HL family is 1/3 in its journey to clan lvl5.

HL Battle was our old war clan and now the temporary home of HL Warriors as our warmongers concentrate on pushing HL Warrior and Free Parking to lvl5.

Yes, we will slowly but surely end up with at least 3 lvl5 clans!

Yes, we are affected by the December Update. Loot is more scarce and there is an elixir drought across all leagues BUT this farming clan has closed ranks and is adapting!
