Is it time to make a feeder clan?

Hi there
The question is in the title are we ready to make feeder clan

We started the clan: savaged titans on the 18th of April 2014 and it is a successful war clan we are now coming up to 30 wins now and we have a solid core of 40 out of 50 strong, active and loyal members.

A new clan for what?
We would like to found a new clan that is for TH7 and TH8 players or any players that are waiting for a spot in our main clan lvl50+.
