Sorry, but I really dislike the idea.
Partially because I don't understand this part:

It is OP, it's like level 40 heroes all over again. Sorry, man, it's just too strong, it's like a free victory, and it's already waaay screwed up at the top. Plus, 2 hour training time, and it costs more than ten times what a golem costs?
The cost and training time are way off the charts.
And 15k elixir is 1/3 the cost of the pekka. Way too cheap.
Maybe tweak the costs, times, and provide some stats?
