Corn ideas

I was just thinking that other than popcorn varieties, corn bread, and animal feed there is not a lot of use for the corn we can so easily grow. I came up with a couple of ideas.

Corn Casserole - for either the pie or cake oven. Would require corn and cornbread, milk or cream, and eggs.

Corn Chowder -for the soup stove. Would require corn, milk, potatoes, and possibly a carrot.

Roasted corn -for the grill. Might need butter! Just like the roasted tomatoes!

What other corn ideas are out there?
