"Will Buy" community announcements

Currently, most of community chat is related to "does anyone have XXXXXX because I need Y pieces of those" - "I do" - "I'm coming then" - "Here they are" - "Thanks" - "No prob". etc.

Also, not all communities are English speaking. There are problems naming the materials, eg. in my native language there is one word for a mallet and a hammer, also the screws, bolts and nails are often confused, or the wooden parts.

Here's an idea:

Each of us has a table with, say, 5 slots.
We place items that we want (including building materials) and indicate how much we want to pay.
The coins are taken (blocked) from our account.

The information is visible to other community members.

Another person sees the ad, and if they want to sell the given amount, or smaller, they make the transaction (unless the barn/silo on the other side is full).

The person making the wishlist can withdraw at any time and coins are returned.

There are stats showing the BUY/SELL ratio (in coins and item number) to show how muche one contributes towards the welfare of the whole community.
