if your cc lvl is lower than 4 then get cc 4 so you can hold up to pekkas, otherwise do the wiz tower
Clan Castle first i'd say, for the benefit of holding 25 troops.
After that, do your splash damage buildings first.
My cc is lvl 4
Upgrade to lvl 5? or no? ^^

That's my formula but there'll be many variations from others......
I am new th 9 and I upgrade all army building first leaving the new defense at level 1. I dont even buy xbow yet. I am only 4 days at th 9. Have you got your queen ? If not, get her ASAP.
