Spending DE at Th8

So I have 3 options for spending my DE right now and i'm not sure what I should do.

I currently have lvl1 hogs, lvl2 minions, and a lvl5 king.

I have enough to upgrade either of the three but i'm not sure what I should upgrade first.

Minions would be good for balloonion (I have lvl5 balloons), the king would help in general, and hogs would be good once I get them to about lvl3.

Any ideas on what I should spend me DE on first?

Hogs, then king then minions. imo.

hogs because at lvl4 they begin to become your main war army, and amazing for pushing, then King since you should always max ur king.

and minion for last since they are rly good with BAM and Balloonian, but you don't really NEED them like you will need hogs and ur bk, so u can hold off on minions for a little bit.
