You would have to advertise for them somehow, with a large audience. Just like the popular Youtubers do. They basically pay you in Gems to advertise their app.

Getting "sponsored" by a company for doing youtube and twitter is more different than you may think. Those who are sponsored by companies have to enter into contracts with them. Basically if you are monetizing youtube videos then <edit> will partner with you. If you have entered into a contract with google adsense then <edit> can not claim your videos unless you break the contract with google if you have one (which you can't break the contract).
As for numbers, generally to get sponsored by anyone it is important to show that you are active on a social platform and making progress. Having 100k subscribers and averaging ~100k views a month will get you a sponsorship. It generally is impossible to reach those numbers unless you actually know what you are doing.
Just keep in mind that you'll not be allowed to promote any of these sites on this forum. No naming such sites, recommending such sites, no linking to them, no videos of how they work, no posting of your own codes, no asking folks to contact you for your code, nothing. Posts above that had promoted such sites, even only as examples, have been edited.
It is strictly against the rules of this forum to encourage the use of these sites in any manner. So keep any sponsorship to twitter, facebook, or anywhere else OUTSIDE of this forum.
