I've set it for my Gmail account (acc where all payments were), but i didnt add it in Google+ account because I don't use it. And this Google+acc created when I logged in first time in clash of clans with Gmail so I can't remember any details about it.

Gmail & G+ use the same logins details & everything. So you saying that you have 2 google accounts and forget the details for one of them?

I've tried to login ingame with that gmail(which has all payments), there is nothing. 2lvl th. In other words, payments saved on Gmail, but data on google+.
