In "Settings", click "Help and Support", then "Report an issue", then "Other Problem".
Explain your problem, that you give away a device with G+ logged on it, and that someone else is playing on your village.
Also write all the information about your village.
It would be good also to have G+ logged out if the device, by contacting Google.

I would make a new account. Your most likely not going to get that other person to log out. Do you know the person that you sold it to? That could be your last option and ask them to log out of your account.
I played one year I do not want to start over I can prove it's my accounts I have pictures of him since I was a lower level I'm logged in with facebook maybe they can do something
