I see alot of people saying that they farm DE with barch at crystal and get good amounts! does anybody use it to explain to me how it works? is it based to hitting Drills? how many DE per hour can get?

I am also TH9 and am using it in gold one and can get up to 2k de per hour if I am looking for it. Just look for full drills that are exposed or behind one layer of wall.
I like to add some goblins into my barch strategy, and bring along a jump, heal, and rage spell. If I see a dark elixir storage I'll drop the jump, then the goblins, then the heal and rage. 15-25 goblins will destroy a max level storage in just a few seconds. Otherwise, just use your barbs and archers to hit collectors. With a bit of luck and practice I have been able to get 5-6k de/ hour easily.
Only 2k per hour? If ur only worried about dark and not trophy either find a dark storage on the edge of the base send out a full attack, don't do it unless it's worth it or find an abandoned base w loaded drills. Should be able to get loads, I'm not very good and I can pull alot
You cannot get storages with barch, only collectors
Well in theory you could, I've seen some bases with storages in the first and second layer of walls. The second layer is much tougher to reach but it can be done.Quote:

all of you that say you can't get to the de storage with barch i find funny. I farm de mainly from the storage with barch and i add a few wb into it to spice it up. When i go for de i farm 20k a day. 2 heal and 2 zap. Of course i wont go for a maxed base but i can get it from a th8 or a new to average th9
I'm able to barch storages with 1k+ in them in low crystal 3. I am able to get 4-4500 an hour using this.
I used to farm DE with Barch. But now I always upgrade at least 1 hero constantly so I can no longer able to break strong bases with Barch.
So now, I use other combos
Army comp : 12 giants ( must be lvl6 ) 28 goblins 48 barbs 60 archers 12 wbs
It is a hybrid farming combo (can be use to farm all resources at the same time)
I could get at least 2k DE per hour with this strategy. Average is about 2.5k DE , depends I find gold
or DE bases more often.
