I'm a TH7 also and I'm roughly 75% upgraded, have just started on the walls. If I saw your town and you had decent loot, I would be drooling because it's not intimidating. Essentially you are a preemie and even at Th6 you wouldn't have been intimidating. I don't know what league you are in but with full level 6 walls and 10 level 7 walls, all defenses max'ed out I get 3 starred in Gold2. You'd be a challenge to a fully upgraded TH5 player and a decent match to a mid-level TH6 player. In a war map you would be a joke for a TH7 player with level 1 dragons and no rage spells.
The design is OK but you really need to pause and build up. You have 1 level 8 barracks and I would guess the others are lower level. I don't know what level your troops are but make sure you research them and max them out along with your army camps, cause you are going to need some offense. Upgrade those walls to minimum level 5 cause that's cheap. Those pea shooters behind the cardboard walls in the east and west flanks are in serious need of some love too. You do get some kudos for having your mortars upgrades and the archers too.
