Sorry to disappoint. I contacted Supercell with this problem 3 weeks ago. Received an automated response and then.............................................n othing. Presumably everybody there is too busy banking the money that they are making off us, the CUSTOMERS. Unlike other businesses where the customer comes first, with this company SUPERCELL comes first, second third etc.
Nothing that looks like a ticket number on the response. Does that mean that a solution will never be forthcoming?
Change your language or locale. That should help. Mozenator or something just posted a thread about it.
If you sent a direct email it will take longer. Try using the in-app reporting form.
You should always get at ticket # with your auto reply. It will usually be in the subject line.
What do you see in the subject line? Post it here and I'll try and check it out.

My message to supercell was via the in app form . The subject line on the automated reply says " subject: request received: clash of clans report problem ". I had followed the advice which you gave on a previous thread. Supercell must be fully aware of this problem by now. Within my own clan alone 5 people have reported the problem. On the forum there have also been numerous complaints. Surely a simple answer, possibly on the forum, would resolve the issue. The question remains : no number, no resolution?
I have now had a response from Supercell. In essence it says " Suck it up". Nice. I don't know why I expected anything different!
I have had a further mail from Supercell. There might be a fix with the next update.
