Idea for clan wars downtime

Possibly easy to do
I'm thinking some sort of ready up page for members, once the clan war is over. Maybe two buttons: delay war for upgrades, one start war ASAP.
Just a thought, my clan leader has been relying on chat to see if everyone is ready. Would be really nice to have a separate screen.

Better and easier would be for Supercell to make a simple "opt in/out" switch in each member's profile, so the leader can just keep starting wars at will and trust that people who want/need a break will have declared themselves ineligible for the draft.
