Old school gamer with advice for supercell

Let me start this off with i love playing clash of clans its a great strategy game. So when i say this im saying this out of the love for the game. You are interning dangerous waters. My all time favorite game was SOCOM from the company zipper. In SOCOM 1 they lost control of the game from people ♥♥♥♥♥ing. They promised a fix in SOCOM 2 and it did well for about 1 year and then the ♥♥♥♥♥ers got in again. Now look at wear the company is now. Zipper is out of business and most of it could have been avoided by being proactive to what was going on in the online community. I hope you all get your act together. I can see your a company growing faster than your ready for. Remember to acknowledge your customers concerns and not act like what they feel is a problem is of no concern to you.

Good idea, too bad SC doesn't care what you think about them.

I kinda agree with OP about the häcking. If you've seen kemal's Oprah video (great vid btw).. He basically says that how Vizia (#1 player and using ♥♥♥♥s) got away with everything, that none of the top players were afraid to do the same since Supercell's punishment is laughable. Now with the wooly rabbit out there for months and SC not doing anything about it, combined with the laughable measures against häckers and exploiters by SC (gem exploit, top player def wins), more and more people will start using those programs without being afraid of the measures SC might take.

I have seen your posts before.. and no you're a regular here. Good you were able to read between the lines of the OP, I sure couldn't.

Can you expand a little on kemal's Oprah video? Is this something I can just google search?

I joined a clan the other day.. been settling in there, and noticed one of the top members, about equivalent to me had about 15 millions gold grab compared to my 280M.. And yet his base was further along... just his xbow upgrades alone were more than his gold grab.. So i softly suggested that was an expensive base he had there.. and he replied, not not really, I get free gems.

Free gems? yeah that is annoying and ♥♥♥♥ing...
I agree where is the enforcement Supercell!

I agree with OP. Seen quite a few games go down the drain because the company just didn't care about people exploring the game. Would be sad to see clash of clans go down that path, but with the example they are setting of not punishing ♥♥♥♥♥ers (or very minimal punishments) it looks like we may see it soon.

lets not look at the fact that they seem to ignore other exploits too!

Yes, ban ch ea ts or eventually the game becomes unplayable for everyone, including the ch ea ts.

its true hàckèrs will bring a good game to its knees them and expoliters are the virus that kills many good games.. People will slow down on buying gems etc... Its like a systematic shutdown of flow of people, who will find a game thats háckèr free,and enjoy a legit game., supercell should know by now there will always be others to take the place of those hácks at the top, always and ready to spend..

O no i didnt spell correctly or have good grammar guess I am a dumb dumb. Lol. If spelling and grammar is how we judge intellect then your of a very weak mind.

As as for my hopping statement lets be real if they dont get the game straitened up we have lots of games like it to pick from. I posted this with hopes that they can see that the fan base dose care about what they are and ARE NOT doing. I don't care about the loot. The loot is easy to get i have been playing for over a year and when you get over level 100 its all good.

Now if we would stop talking about my lack of spelling ability and get back on subject that would be great. Ps love the clash of clans forum bullies lol.

And this shows why you will never own your own busness. Only real money to be made in life is when you work for yourself. Game designing is for the nerds that are on this earth to entertain me. :).

For me this was a way for me to just say to many games go down this path and i hope supercell cares enough to save this game before it gets ugly. People will only put up with so much and like they say if one person has a bad experience they will tell 100 people but if they have a good experience dealing with a company they might tell 10.

I'm going to respectfully say that I do not agree with this statement. What do you mean by "real money?" People like Bill Gates and Jordan Belfourd made millions by working for paying customers. When most people take the easy American way out of things by going to studying sales the problem becomes evident. In my opinion, we're getting more and more lazy. The fact that we have to give green cards to doctors from other countries because we don't have enough proves my point. You can continue to work for yourself and make your money while letting the "nerds" invest their time into a game that they developed for a group of people. Also, I'm pretty darn sure that the Supercell developers are making a hella lot more money then you are.

On topic, I do agree with the OP. If Supercell wants to stop the exploiting then they really should permanently ban the players from the game.

First I am not a huge fan of getting on anyone's case about spelling and grammar. Not all of us are native English speakers including myself!

Second Supercell takes any report of h@cking, che@ting or abusing glitches very seriously so if you are aware of any report them to support preferably using the in-game settings and provide a detailed description & possibly screenshots if you can. The sooner SC is aware the sooner action can be taken and yes they are constantly looking into these things as well.

As for the "nothing being done" may I remind you that the gem glitch villages were rolled back and accpunts have been banned recently due to another violation. We have all been able to read about those right here on the forums so no need to discuss them here further.
