New account, help me!

Okey, so I have an account on my iPhone, almost maxed th9. I have an iPod and i want a second account on that device. I use the same iTunes/game center account on both of the devices and this is what comes up when I'm logged in to my game center when I'm on my iPod. If I press cancel what happens? Will i play without a game center account or what will happen? I know that if I press Okay it will load my th9 account.

If you press cancel you will simply start a new account so if you want to keep your old account press okay.

so if I press cancel will my th9 village disappear?
