builders if you don't have all 5, after that id say spend it slowly on boosting and finishing upgrades when you desperately need a free builder
assuming you have all 5 builders, boost 1 barracks and boost your spell factory. train a disproportionate amount of your army in that one boosted barracks and then do the remaining troops in your other barracks; obviously, and cook rage spells nonstop. enjoy and thank me later. considering you have 12,000 gems/(20 gems per boost), you can do this 600 times= 50 days worth of clashing, using the full 2 hour boost. just imagine how much loot you can get!
Boost barracks, spell factory, and heroes. You will get more loot this way and you can do it multiple times

dont gem resources, or even time, just barracks, and if you want spell factory to make those 2 hours great with little to no wait time
I am thinking about upgrading my king and queen. Should I still use gems the same way? I don't want to hurt my clan during a clan war. Should I still boost my barracks or speed up the hero's build time?
