I think that all that's happening with clash of clans is that it is simply becoming harder for noobs to get started with all these dark troops, I started playing at Christmas 2012 and have not stopped so found it easy to get started. Yet now with all the more complex things that are simply out of reach for the newer players I thinks that it may be limiting the games audience unless an update adds a new troop or spell for the noobs. Great idea and sorry for going a bit off topic.
Maybe change the appearance? And rivalry with archers should be a hatred against the queen and one of her decisions?
