So you currently play on your phone and you buy an iPad. Can you just open Game Center from the iPad and log in and then open COC and it will work? Then open COC on your phone and it will work as well right?

I am pretty much sure it will work, coz the same happens in android, just log in to google + and it automatically loads a previous saved village with that account. Otherwise u can use the link device feature of the game.
Yeah, I watched that video before I asked the question. It doesn't really explain it.
