Hi there, my clan (Ornithology) is now maxed out at 50 members. It ranges from bronze 1 to gold 1. Unfortunately the number of Bronzes is pulling our clan down a little, I'm looking to attract more golds and slivers (possibly crystals, unlikely, but I'm pretty good at recruiting). So should I kick some of the inactive bronzes? That last clan I did, I kicked a couple of bronzes and people started leaving...a lot of people. So what should I do? Help!
Well... I came from a clan of 50 where the leader was reluctant to kick any inactive players, exceedingly bad attackers, and freeloaders... So all the good players who were carrying the clan left in the end and formed our own clan. I would say quality over quantity; talent over level. Don't settle for mediocre. Be a leader.Quote:

Something saying "Attention! We are making room for higher level people, so any inactive people will be kicked in 48 hours!" or something similar. Set a minimum level requirement and a rule saying if you are inactive for so long, you get kicked (our clan wars 24/7, you don't attack in one, you get the boot). Ours happens to be level 45, but I don't invite people in global unless they are level 55+.
kicking inactives is fair game, regardless of their trophy range and base strength. A TH6 that is smart and good at raiding is better to have in clan wars than an inactive TH8.
