Just go to th8. Worry about your hogs and minions later.
Yes, just go. DE will come with time, and the higher you're in trophies.
Once you get your drill you can upgrade dark troops.
Yep you'll be fine. I think my bk was 2 and all my dark troops level 1 when I first got to TH8. All you need is max camps and farm troops.
I'm at th8, almost maxed. I spend all DE on BK lol my dark troops are still level 1 since I use farming troops but the rest of my troops are maxed. I'll eventually upgrade them all since teslas take so damn long...
I went to TH8 with BK L2 and hogs unfinished. I am surviving. :)

It is almost pointless for TH7 to think about Dark Elixir troops as you have no stable DE income [Drill] and it's hard to fight the bases with good DE with lv 4 troops.
Just make sure you have the king obviously, he is most helpful!
I think its okay but what I did when I was TH7, i maxed out BK first then hogs. It was very useful especially when clan wars came :)
TH7 is probably best to use lv 2 dragons, and quickly get lv 3 dragons at TH8 before thinking Hogs IMO for CW purposes.Quote:
