Cant purchase gems with Visa? :S

How come I cant purchase gems with Visa card :S the card is valid..

Your explanation is a bit vague. Are you purchasing through the game its self or via a third party?

if you can supply more information then members may be able to help you.

hopefully it's not a third party offering gems as you will need to contact your visa company and cancel the card.
