Stuck on "Updating.." - Please post in here!

Over the last 5 days the game has just gotten to "connecting" and never loads, I gave it 15 minutes one time and nothing worked.. Even tried rebooting my phone, tried switching wireless providers (went to a different wifi area), and tried uninstalling/reinstalling hayday.. no go.. Well finally today I uninstalled the app, rebooted the phone, doublechecked to make sure that there was no hayday installed whatsoever on the phone, then redownloaded from the appstore.. ding ding ding ding, I'm in..... Now I need to recoup my losses and see if support is willing to do anything about all the time lost with my machines and tom.. But if anyone is running Hayday on an iPhone 5, try this and see if that works for you.

Ive tried everything and still nothing. I even uninstalled and reinstalled.. I'm using htc sensation T-Mobile in the U.S.

I have an Allview P5 Quad , with operating system Quad Core , I'm from Romania , i have 4G internet service , i have the latest version of Hay Day ( 1.18.174) . I can't play for 3 WEEKS. I removed it and I reinstalled it again but it says updating.I waited for updating till the connection was lost and I tried again but it was in vain.My farm is 43 level and I really don't want to lose it and I can't wait to play it again.So, please Nick sort this problem out and make me happy allowing me to play again.I saved my farm on facebook and google+ in order not to lose the level .Best regards from Romania!!

Today I was able to play my HD but it takes 20 minutes or more to be on the game. But everytime I visit other farms or get back to my farm or visit my own town or goin fishing, still keeps on loading then crashing and back to home screen. Open the game again and wait for 20 mins then the cycle goes. Pls fix this. I'm using iPad, iOS ver 6.1.3. My internet is good, using 3G/4G home wifi.Thanks :(:(

I had the issue recently when it was happening, even after shutting down, deleting and redownloading. It was fixed when it came back though I have noticed some things disappearing or not showing up. One was with Tom. Now it seems to be doing it again. I have been stuck Connecting....all day...using iPad5 and it's not working on iPhone5 either.

I decided to go ahead and redownloaded it again and it worked this time on my iPad5....don't understand why this is so random that you have to do that so much....but happy it's working! Love my Hay Day!
