I lost my farm! it is just said “This account has been banned due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions”. Could you please kindly tell me the specific reason and what is the next step?I like this game which lead me to buy this farm three weeks ago from my own money from other farmer and I don't want to loss this progress becouse of the previous farmer, so is there any possiblity to return back the game...... please
I think that's the reason right there.
The fact that you speak openly about purchasing a farm indicates you didn't know that was against the rules. I guess both the buyer and seller in these kinds of transactions are held to account.
Sorry it turned out so badly for you. Your story will probably serve as a warning to others who are considering going this route.
