I am sure that in my case there is an error becouse I have always played with an Android tablet without any modification, neither legal nor illegal, and I would like to clarify the matter to get back my farm.
I tried to access the support page you indicated, I registered but cannot seem to figure out how to contact them: is there another way to contact them? Maybe by email?
Another question, is the ban temporary or permanent?

Good point Tiggerr, thanks :). I am still uncertain then, what it is they consider c h e a t i n g, sine terms specify that "c h e a t s, automated software" and so on are forbidden, it seems to me that by c h e a t s they mean something else than the specific things that are listed as forbidden. Please clarify SC!
PS. When I go on a wheating frenzy and wheat like crazy during little people event, are you sure I myself don't qualify as automated software? :rolleyes:
As far as I can see, according to the support pages information, the only way to contact support is by sending a message through the in-game settings or starting a thread here.
If anyone is banned from accessing their game then how can they use the in-game settings?
Is there another way?
Start a thread here, you mean? But the people in this thread did that and were told to go to support pages which tells them to start a thread here which leads to them being told to go to support pages and...oh wow, dizzy.

By support page and starting thread, I guess they mean this sub-forum here, which reads "Help & Support", which is also more properly for those matters than in the "Bug & Problems" sub-forum.
