Game Play Options

Myself and my clan often have certain problems with our members. I have a few suggestions for Game Play Options that i believe would benefit any Clan. We put alot of time and money into this game and we have been discussing these problems we often run into.
suggestion 1 - Have a 'Ready' Button for war. So often we have inactive members that do not contribute to wars. Having a button that would let the Clan leader know who is ready and that is going to participate in the war before the Clan leader initiates a war would be beneficial to the clan and its members.
suggestion 2 - Probation for New members. knowing that a member is going to be a member that contributes to the clan would help in building better clans. the clan leader would have the power to put a member on and off probation. this would mean that they would not be able to participate in Clan wars. this would reduce the clan hopper problem. most clans would like a member to prove them selves by donations. turning off the request button until the probation is up or have allow the clan leader to set an amount of troops the member would have to donate before they can request troops for themselves.
Suggestion 3 - member stats. the clan leaders and elders would be able to see the levels of the troops they have before they accept the request to join the clan. Activity, best attack, troop setup they use most often, there are so many stats we could have but certain ones would be beneficial to know before adding them to your clan.

having others suggestion options would be great as well. these are just a few me and my clan have come up with because of the problems we have during game play.
