How do I get supercell to answer my tickets? It has almost been a week and the ticket status is still open with no response...... I spent way too much money on this game to let it no get resolved. Anyone have any suggestions, emails, contacts, ect....that i can use to get their attention? :confused:

It can take up to 2 months is what I've heard. They get sooo many tickets, hard to keep up!
HOLY ♥♥♥♥!!!! You would think since this is the highest grossing game on google play, that they would have a rather large staff. I have honestly not had this poor of service from any type of google play game yet..... :(

Just remember, they make 5 million dollars a day but only pay like 12 people answer the thousands of emails they receive each day (even though $50 would buy them a weeks worth of customer support help if they outsourced it). So it will take a while for your support email to get answered.

Please be patient, I know it's frustrating. When clan wars came out Support were bombarded with tickets, clans that were getting problems were submitting tonnes of tickets, I know some that had EVERY PLAYER submit one... As you can imagine, that is a lot of tickets. Support are doing all they can to solve these tickets. As long as you have a ticket number you are in the queue and all you can do is wait.
Before the clan wars updates tickets were getting solved by the 4 weeks mark, unfortunately that has increased.
Support are answering tickets. The amount of people who you see complaining here is a tiny tiny fraction of how many tickets support get a day. The tickets they solve aren't always from forumers, they might be other members who are waiting without complaining. You need to be patient.
As long as you have your ticket number you are in the queue :)
I had to wait more than 2 months to get a "reply"" that didn't even help me at all, sooo yeah. :P
It usually take 2-4 weeks but since clan war came out, the waiting time has been increased.

This is not the highest grossing game, please check your facts, I'm not going to say which game is leading (against forum rules to mention competing games) but it is second.
The team is small for a reason, and please. The amount of players they have, they could have a team of 3,000 support staff, and it could still take over a week. They receive so many tickets. Please be patient
