I'm lvl 107, and here is my base:

Do you think I'm ready? Because I can't wait for infernos, max drags, max gobs, max wizz and many more! Do you think I could? All my troops are max, and my xbows are all lvl 3, and almost all my base are max out! Please suggestions :)

You aren't ready at all, Before going to TH10 you must max everything especially the wall

Your walls are quite low, I would recommend getting them all to at least skulls before thinking TH10.
You probably could go to town hall 10 and be ok but I'd wouldn't recommend it. Try to get those walls up.
Maxed out means that your heroes be at lvl 30, your walls at lvl 10, ... whenever this fact happens, you are ready to go for TH 10. Long way to go man.
Not ready for TH10 at all... sorry.
One tip about the Anti-Hog ring, switch the inner GB with the two small bombs, like in a converted L-shape.
Anyways, get most of the walls to level nine at least, and get your heroes to a good level... in my opinion at least level 15, but the higher the better.
If you are level 107 and still need to ask others what to upgrade in your base, then you are not ready.
