Support is working hard on this issue. To help them in tracking down the root of this problem, I'm asking each of you to edit your posts and add separately at the very bottom what device you are playing as well as the model, operating system and country. Like everyone else, game won't load on iPad or iPhone. Good to see I'm not the only one. Anxious to get back on cause have time "Tom" for only 3 days left. Really hope it gets fixed before I go to bed. Or the Tom thing was a waste as far as I'm concerned.
Note: I would be more apt to spend money on this game, if we could play it offline also. Otherwise it's times like this that I feel like quitting the game entirely.
USA...Android system on Motorola phone was working fine earlier today. All I know is I had 32,000 plus coins and 35 diamonds and I better get them all back!

I started to have problems earlier today and yesterday, it was very slow and would often quit unexpectedly. Then I could not even open it anymore, so I deleted the app and went to the app store to reinstall it. I reinstalled it and it says that I have it, but it does not show on my home screen. So basically even though App store tells me I have it, it does not appear on my phone. I have an iPhone 7.1.1.
Im on a Samsung galaxy tablet, my game opens then freezes and crashes
Neither are working....
Can't really give all that technical information the last person gave- bit beyond me..

I'm on an iphone 4 on the most up to date iOS 7. And I'm in the uk
I'm from Brazil and the game crashes on load screen on both my Kindle fire HD (android fork) and my iphone 3GS with iOS 6.3.1 Its like that for the last 8 hours. Clash of Clans is ok on both devices.
It's times like this that I wish they had an offline mode, assuming this isssue is because of something on their side and the servers. Glad they're working on it though.

A friend of mine plays with a samsung s4 mini and it is a week since she cannot play. Could you help us please? She tried to disinstall and reinstall but still doesn't work.
It's been 5 days without HD for me. First, the connecting...updating thing, then today it seemed to work again, but then it kept crashing. I have two iPhones, but for the last couple days couldn't be bothered to load HD on there to see if it would work, but today I tried it...worked fine on both iPhone 4 and 5S, just not on my iPad until just now. Everything is back to normal for me. Funny though and who would have thought (not me if you had asked me haha), I did not miss HD a bit during the last days ;)
Playing on tablet, game crashes. If it loads it starts back at lvl 1.
