Cannot load hayday / crashing

Me too, crashes on my iPad. iPhone works fine. Turned it off and on, no help.

I can get into mine but Katie can't. Sounds like a possible problem on one server? Is that possible?

Same here - I try to open, it goes to the Hay Day screen and the little 6-note chime sound, then closes out. Hubby is able to play his fine (but his was going at the time the event started). We both have iPads. Annoying as I just hired Tom yesterday!!! :(

I just wrote an email to hay day support.

If more people do that maybe the problem will be fixed faster.

Same in our home ...multiple iPads, various generations, and I'm the only one not able to get in. I'm sure they are scrambling to figure this one out.

Hayday won't load for me on my iPad mini but will for my husband on his IPad .....not fair

Same thing happened to me :( hope they will fix it soon

No problem. I just hope they fix the problem... It in the middle of the night and this is all I can think of lol... Can't sleep because of the problem.. 😃

Well sort of yes but not exactly. There are lots of servers all connected housing all our games and sometimes some of them hiccup. The fact that you may be in the same country or even household doesn't always mean everyone would have the issue or not. Hoped it cleared something up instead of adding more confusion.
